Our commercial rental search fee is equivalent to one month’s gross rent (+ VAT where applicable), structured as follows:

✔ Our service fee is one month’s contractual gross rent.

✔ A 30% retainer, based on your estimated budget, is required upfront to begin the search.

✔ The remaining 70% is adjusted to match the contractual rent and is payable upon securing the lease.
